Mail Transport Jam

If the jam is in the transport

area:

1. Lift main cover.

2. Pull back transport jam

release lever until the

transport assembly lifts

up.

Problem Possible Cause Solution

3. Remove the piece of mail.

4. Push the jam release lever

back to its original position

until it snaps into place.
